Sensellarisme i exclusió social
Abstract
Residential exclusion and homelessness are increasing in large cities despite the
overall growth of resources devoted to serve homeless people. The exclusion from
the housing market, the labor market dysfunctions, the erosion of social protection
and income security, as well as migration policies, generate a steady trickle of
people who fall into severe social exclusion.
The paper proposes a framework to understand housing exclusion as a continuum
