Abstract
This article introduces sexual and gender diversity as the product of a social and
cultural system that regulates legitimated and sanctioned conducts. This control causes upset on a number of people who over the years have been able
discourses, practices and representations that relocated them in the social framework.
The text discusses the need to rethink the look of social work regarding sexual and
